Candidates admitted for the entrance examination will have to come to the examination centre at their own expense and make their own arrangement for their stay.
Candidates with valid hall tickets only will be allowed to enter the examination hall.
Candidates coming 30 minutes after the commencement of the examination and / or not possessing the hall ticket issued by the Secretary, Selection Committee will not be permitted to appear for the examination.
No duplicate hall tickets will be issued.
No Candidates shall be allowed to leave the hall until half an hour before the end of the examination. Once the candidate leaves the hall he / she will not to permitted to re-enter the hall.
Candidates shall maintain strict silence. Any misconduct will entail forfeiture of the right to continue the examination.
Consultations with fellow students during examination is a punishable offense.
Follow the instructions given by the hall supervisor.
Candidates can obtain the Application / Information Brouchure in person from the office of the Secretary, Selection Committee, H-5, Pratap Vihar, Sector - 12, Ghaziabad - 201009 (U.P.) and at No. 1, 7th Avenue, Besant Nagar, Chennai 600090, Tamil Nadu.
Candidates should send their application in the prescribed form only.
 
Candidates must enclose only Photostat copies of the documents duly attested by the Gazetted Officer as indicated below:
10th mark sheet/certificate
10+2 / Intermediate or equivalent recognized qualifying examination mark sheet / Certificate.
Community Certificate
Self attested recent passport size photo - 4 Nos.
Migration Certificate
Transfer Certificate
Character & Conduct Certificate
Filled applications without the candidate's signature will be rejected.
Any application form unfilled in any manner will be rejected without any prior notice.
Just sending the filled up application forms does not confer any right to the candidate to claim admission.
Under any unavoidable circumstances the Association has the right to change the time or date of the common entrance test with or without any prior notice.
The Association will not be responsible for any changes coming into effect due to any order / or direction of any court of law Government, Order or change in Regulations of Medical / Dental council rules, availability of seats, fees structure, eligibility criteria, etc.
The candidate must fill up the choices of course preferred in all the three columns mentioned in the application form. The Association has right to allot the candidate to any course according to their ranking and availability of the seats.
The provisionally admitted candidates will be subjected to a medical examination by the medical board. If any candidate is found unfit on medical grounds, his/her admission will be can celled. Decision of the medical board shall be final in case of any dispute regarding the medical fitness.
